1. Data we collect
- Information in your CV and cover letter: name, contact details, education, experience, skills.
- Assessment results and interview notes.
- References, with your consent.
2. Purposes
To assess your fit for the role, contact you during recruitment and, if hired, prepare onboarding.
3. Who has access
Only the recruitment team and people directly involved in interviews. We may use a third-party applicant tracking system under a confidentiality agreement.
4. Retention
Unsuccessful applications are kept for up to 12 months for future openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, request deletion of your data or withdraw consent at any time by emailing careers@vdxai.net.
